Set directly on a secluded sandy beach within Sea Horse Ranch, Villa Costamar is a striking contemporary Caribbean residence designed around space, privacy and the ocean.
Spanning more than 1,100 square meters across an extraordinary 4,650-square-meter beachfront property, the villa combines modern architecture with effortless indoor-outdoor Caribbean living.
Five beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms are located within the main residence, with a sixth en-suite bedroom in a separate private guesthouse, comfortably accommodating families and groups of up to 12 guests. The home is also wheelchair accessible, with an accessible sleeping quarter incorporated into the main residence.
At the center of the property is a spectacular 40-meter saltwater swimming pool, stretching toward the Caribbean and surrounded by expansive terraces, tropical gardens and a broad beachfront lawn.
The villa's open-air entrance leads toward a sunken fire pit and jacuzzi, while the grounds continue directly onto the sand. A private beachside seating area creates another place to disappear for an afternoon, cocktail in hand and ocean in front of you.
Inside, soaring windows and sliding doors flood the living spaces with Caribbean light. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen provides the setting for your private Field & Villa culinary team, complemented by indoor and outdoor dining spaces and two separate barbecue areas.
Upstairs, a private gymnasium, relaxation room and sauna create a complete wellness space without ever leaving the property.
And when everyone wants to retreat indoors, a sunken media room with a dramatic 140-inch projection system transforms into your own private cinema.
